Eddie Cusack (Chuck Norris) is a tough and grizzled inner Chicago police officer. He is quite unpopular with his fellow police officers as he often times turned in his fellow officers for corrupt practices. With this in mind, he finds it difficult obtain any help as he gets himself caught in the middle of brutal mob schism. His mission is to rescue an innocent hostage who has been captured by one of the factions. The only way for him to succeed in his mission is to take down all the mobsters by himself, without any help from his corrupt peers.
