When Jack Grant arrives in East Berlin he is suprprised to find the whole area hot with East German authorities who are onto their operation. What he uncovers is that what happened to the missing CIA agents may be tied to a planned assassination against the Soviet President during an impending visit. World peace hangs in the balance as Jack must find and stop the assassins before the Soviet President arrives.
