Johnny Mad Dog (Christophe Minie) leads a platoon of young soldiers even younger than he is. The location is in unnamed country in Africa where violence in an ongoing civil war teaches the children to become even more natural in killing adults than being in front of the camera Johnny takes the lead in trying to unseat the government and destroys the simple little life and dreams of Laokole (Daisy Victoria Vandy) who both crosses their paths sometime during these unsettling period of unimaginable conflicts in their society. Shot in Liberia, most of the characters have had original experience to their characters which brings truer life in their performances of this surreal visionary work.
