On the way back from a day at the beach, four kids are trying to outrun what appears to be the end of the world. A Viral pandemic is threatening to wipe out all humans. Danny (Lou Taylor Pucci), his brother Brain (Chris Pine), his girlfriend Bobby (Piper Perabo) and a friend, Kate (Emily VanCamp) escape through the southwest trying to find someplace that is safe. During the following four days they are faced moral decisions, suspicions of one another. What is the real threat here? Is it the virus or could it be something within themselves that is the greatest threat? |
